Daily Joy

 There is hope and joy for every believer who trusts in the Lord. Christ's resurrection and reign guarantees it.

For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay. You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever (Psalms 16:10-11).

Believers will be resurrected. Christ's resurrection is proof that He has the power to raise you up. However, there is more. Knowing you have eternal life provides a life of joy. Therefore, let us preach the Gospel to ourselves every day. Put no confidence in the arm of flesh. Trust completely in the resurrected Lord to show you the way. Immerse yourself in the Word!

The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether. They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb. Moreover, by them Your servant is warned; In keeping them there is great reward (Psalms 19:7-11).
